Want to Experience the natural beauty of the Outer Banks? Our Guided SUP Eco Tour for beginner and intermediates is the way to get that intimate on the water experience unique to SUP!
Enjoy paddling through one of the Outer Banks Coastal Reserves - like Kitty Hawk Bay & Maritime Forest or another of our favorite locations - close to Corolla, Duck, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head, Manteo/Roanoke Island.
There’s plenty of opportunity for bird watching and we often see a variety of aquatic life including fish, turtles, crabs, rays and even the occasional garfish or porpoise.

Learn to stand up paddle with our professionally trained and certified instructors and premium equipment for the best first time experience! Learn all about stand up paddleboard: how to carry and launch your board, how to stand up, and proper paddling techniques. Enjoy amazing scenic paddling here on the Outer Banks while you learn SUP water safety skills, including self-rescue, and other tips from our trained and dedicated instructors so you will be ready to paddle on your own!

NIGHT LIGHTED SUP TOUR

Experience the water at night! As it comes to life during a Lighted Night SUP Tour. Tranquility and magic underneath – friends and night skies above. We are happy to provide this amazing night SUP tour featuring NOCQUA Adventure LED lights on each board!
Water: We paddle in a private, calm, protected location. Once the NOCQUA SUP lights are on, it's time to have fun! We all stay close and in shallow areas where you can see the bottom, 1-3 feet deep.

kids SUP LESSONS
Location: 6150 North Croatan HWY, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949
Ages: 7-12 yrs old
A kid-friendly Stand Up Paddleboard lesson. Kids only (parents can take a separate lesson at the same time too!). Kids introduced to SUP in a fun, low pressure environment with our expert instructors. Kids SUP Lessons are held at our main shop in Kitty Hawk, located on a calm bay of the Currituck Sound so it is always great safe, fun, calm SUP'ing conditions. No matter what the wind direction the water is always glassy here.
After "on land" instruction and orientation to the area, we will paddle the salt marsh waterways between Martin’s Point and Southern Shores. This is THE BEST locale for beginners and to get on the water on windy days because of the shelter provided by Live Oaks and Loblolly Pine trees insuring smooth waters.
